I dont think so it will be nice to use ...i dont know which amway product u r talking about?

Eat oats salads friuts slim milk ...
Quaker oats r nice ...
Drink green tea on bedtime ...

Drink lemon honey in lukewarm water in morning ...

A good exercise

hai friend
never take any medicine for weight loss... it will have major side effects..
go natural... 
eat ur lunch and dinner in 3 parts... every 3 hours ..ro soo .. like that. no heavy intake at a time.. lil and lil.. but don go full fasting..
instead of eating roti / rice - go for carrots and apples, oats with lots of curries.. as these take long time to digest, these will b healpfull.
if u know swmming... do that every day half hour or every alternate day... or walk..
etc etc.. am i going on on on... 😊

😊 eat 3/4 bananas every day..
early morning eat curd rice instead of break fast.. 
4/5 Dosas every day
ofcourse..junk food - pastries, puffs, pizza with lots of cheese, burger with cheese 😃

You can try yoga classes they are very helpful and makes  your body fit and healthy from inside.It provides peace to your mind and makes your body more agile and elastic so body loses unnecessary fat and and your diet won't be adversely affected if you're a vegan.\
And DO NOT eat any kind of chemicals or medicines for weight loss,they do not do you any good.Try to go for more natural diet with lots of roughage,green leafy vegetables,fruits and even dry fruits in small quantities ,and try to cut down the junk food and incorporate home made foods. You can consult any nutritionist for a proper diet timetable according to your needs and body structure.It will help you a lot.
