The tussle between item girls Rakhi Sawant and Kashmira Shah was undoubtedly the highlight of the opening season, giving the show good TRPs

Following eviction, Rakhi was brought back into the house. Along with her, she also brought gifts for other housemates, claiming they were given by their families. Most inmates however refused to believe the same, which led to quite a stir in the house

Like Rakhi, Kashmira was also recalled after being eliminated. However, she was brought back as a guest, and did not come face to face with any housemate. Once her presence was made known to all, Kashmir told everyone of the comments Rakhi had made about them, following which the latter faced a lot of flak

After 12 weeks, Rahul Roy was declared the winner of the inaugural 'Bigg Boss' season

Season 2

Rahul Mahajan earned a reputation as a flirt, with girls swooning all around him

The late Jade Goody left the show after being diagnosed with cancer

During week six, Rahul Mahajan disconnected the loudspeakers from men's bedroom. 'Bigg Boss' found Rahul guilty of violating rules. He was nominated for eviction, and was banned from voting for the week as well

Ashutosh Kaushik, who had earlier won MTV Roadies season 5, emerged victorious

Kamaal Rashid Khan's violent behaviour garnered TRPs for the show. He was evicted and later brought back

Vindu Dara Singh and Bakhtiyar Irani fought over spilt milk, when the latter asked him to clean the same

Thank God I didn't catch the finale and was saved from Juhi's atayachar on the poor trophy. Worst winner ever. She was a big blah on the show 🤢

This time the controversial show started with two superstar hosts. Sanjay Dutt was roped in after much hype to co-host the show with Salman Khan. The season saw many controversial moments as usual with stand-out (not outstanding!) housemates rocking the ratings

Indo-Canadian adult actress Sunny Leone managed to create much hype when she entered the 'Bigg Boss' house, but her presence in the show did not go down well with The Indian Artistes and Actors Forum. Later, Mahesh Bhatt entered the house for a couple of hours to present a contract deal to Sunny to cast her as the lead actress in Pooja Bhatt's 'Jism 2'

Many evicted housemates, which included Pooja Bedi, Shraddha Sharma, Raageshwari, Shakti Kapoor, Pooja Misrra and Vida Samadzai accused Salman Khan of favouring housemate Mahek Chahal and being partial towards her. Their claims were, later, rejected by the actor himself after Mahek got evicted. Mahek won the controversial wild card entry poll against Laxmi Narayan and Shonali Nagrani, who clearly did not have as much of a fan following as her, merely fourteen days after her initial eviction

On Day 67, Andrew Symonds entered the house as a guest. Later Pooja Misrra was also sent in on the same day to act as his translator. Both of them stayed in the house for eleven days

Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt lashed out at Siddharth and Sky (Akashdeep Saighal) for being too unmannerly with Mahek Chahal and Pooja Misrra. Something similar happened few weeks later when Salman Khan went inside the house and severely scolded contestants for their behaviour

Juhi Parmar was declared the winner of 'Bigg Boss 5' after a star-studded finale, which included performances from Rakhi Sawant and other inmates

SHE WAS HIGHLY ANNOYING FROM VERY BEGINNING IN SHOW . despite doing nothing there , she won title of bigg boss show .. i really feel bad for Amar who could not win it despite having played game shrewdly...

lol i still remember the comment when one member made in this forum- why did Pamela wear such tight bra????😆 then another member realized him that this is not called bra . it's rather blouse..😆

Shweta Tiwari the deserving winner of Bigg Boss :)

The best seasons so far  - Season 2 and Season 5.
