u know rachna u r too too smarter than me .u get into intricate details of normal posts .i m not that smart to give people pep talks .i hoped u  could gauge by now my only concern after making any post is make it a HIT topic by increasing its no of pages and thats what all i did .the pep talk was never into picture at all .Y would i waste time in giving pep talk to other members who r much smarter than me anyways😆
