Yogurt recipes (Dahi recipes)

I have to make yogurt for about 40 people for work.

 

I am planning on having a sweet yogurt and a salty spicy yogurt.  I need it for next week.

 

Could some one help me please.  It is also a contest so a creative recipe that really stands out to earn me a free trip to Vegas for 3 nights.

 

I am really depending upon you guys.
