It was Mr. Mason and Dudley said that he was supposed to write an essay or something in school about their hero, and he wrote about Mr Mason 🤣

With FiendFyre Curse ( which originates cursed fire which acc to hermione is one of the things that kills horcruxes )

If m not wrong, she didn't used it on locket coz it was too evil & dangerous

As for 4th , well m not sure...

With Avada Kedvra Curse ( voldy used it on Harry himself & it worked as his Horcrux inside Harry was destroyed )
