The epi begins with Lakshmi looking for her father when she finds the waitor who is wearing the kirta she brought for Arjun. She is hurt to realise that the clothes that they sent to the Agnihotriz as shagun are being used by servants. Furioudly she decides to talk to her father about it.
Here Rv introduces Vinod to his spl guests and tells them that Vinod is a big articarfts n handi raftd trader.he goes to add that they might not have seen him on parties as he is a very zimple divnified n homely person. Two drivers come and Rv shouts at them for being late saying they were hired to show his guesrs from.abroad around n due to their absence,he had to hire the hotel cars. They apologise saying their seats were not congirmed and that the TTE took bribe from.them but didnt give them seats n left then at some random.station. Vinod looks apalled and Rv looms disgustdd. One of Rvs guests comment tbat its in the class of the TTEs yo eat money and not even work.Vinod defenxs TTEs saying it didnt hold for everone n that there are honest people too who have even bee rewarded by the govt. People look puzzled and Rv cuts vinod off saying he is being too compassionate as if someone in hiz family was TTE.
vishal is urged by the Lakshmi clan guests to play n he says he is trying to learn by watching. Arjjn comes n teaches him how to play Roulette. Vishal wins n ppl applaud while Arjun says its all Vishal's good luck n leaves. Some realtive comes n says that Vishal would hv bn fortunate to have a luck like Arjun n Vishal seems pissed.
Lakshmi looks at vinod with rv and Vinod,noticing her anger gets scared ghat she heard the ongoing convo about him. he excuses himself n goes to Lakshmi whete she complains to him about the clothes.Vinod n Saraswati through a lot of effort convince her that it must have been an error as thousands of guests n gifts come during a wedding n the gifts must have been mixed. Lakshmi is still.angry but they calm her telling that they wre now Agnihotri family's part and one doesnr humiliate his/her own family for their mistakes.
Lakshmi is convinced and thanks Vinod for saving hdr from making such a blunder.
After the party,in the room Vishal angrily tells Sarawati that even her father had bowed down to the power of money by lyinv to Lakshmi instead oc telling her the truth. Saraswati tries to make him see that vinod was doing ot for Lakshmi's
Happiness but he says that vinod was like an ideal for him for his honesty but he had lost that respect for him. he says that her father's honesty n self reliance was one of the major reasons for his and Saraswati's wedding.
Mehndi ceremony is on and people are teasing Lakshmi about the colour of Mehndi. Saraswati tells her about the tradition.where Arjun's name will be hidden in her mehndi n based on whether he is able to find/not find his name he/she will have an upper hand in their married life. Lakshmi's friends are dancing n Arjun's brother joins. They share playful banter where they tease him for thinkkng of himself as a dancer like Hrithik.
