the ada which makes us all go latto over Arnav is his over the shoulders *palat* (on various occasions) im sure you all agree,he always looks hot when he palat's back to look at khushi..so yes that's his bachpan ki adat..😆 CV's kept this gesture constant in chote arnav 😃
