Dev faints due to weakness. Mrinalini passes a remark seeing Radhika wearing an expensive sari. But Vishakha comes to her rescue saying that it is her sari. Vishakha informs Purab that she wont be able to come for the rehearsals. Dev suddenly goes missing from the house, and everybody starts looking out for him. Mrinalini takes a video clip of Dev and Radhika together. Vivek warns Mrinalini that if she tells the family about Dev and Radhikas relationship, he will tell them about her and Arjun. Vivek tries to keep Mrinalinis phone away from Dadima and Vaishali. Keshav joins Dev as the chartered accountant of their trust. Vivek warns Mrinalini that if she repeats the same mistake again, she will lose her home. While Dev and Radhika break the fast together, Radhika tells him that they will never meet in private again and always maintain their distance. Vishakha and Radhika decide to meet the producer. Dev confesses that he will never be able to forget Radhika. When Vishakha tells Mrinalini about her plight, Mrinalini suggests her to send Radhika to meet the producer. Radhika lies to Dev that she is going to meet Keshav. Keshav notices Radhika going out and informs Dev about it. Mrinalini tells someone on the phone that Vishakhas music video should be released at any cost. Sushil and Mrinalini plan to send Dev away under the pretext of work, so that they can get rid of Radhika.

Dev tells Vivek to promise to take care of Radhika. Dadima assumes that Radhika is missing Keshav. Radhika tells Devki that the ultimate truth of her life is that she is Devs wife, and she cant think of getting married to someone else. While Radhika secretly performs the ritual for Devs well being, Guruji and all the villagers notice her. The villagers suggest that Radhika should be punished for breaking the norms. But Shastriji defends Radhika in front of them. Dadima gets annoyed with Vishakha for ignoring Dev. Mrinalini cunningly gives a hint to Dev about all that happened. Dev makes Birju swear and asks him if Radhika had left the house willingly

The village panchayat decides not to allow Shastriji to participate in any religious rites or call himself a Shastri until it gives a verdict about Radhika.

The village panchayat decides to keep the temple closed and not allow Shastriji to participate in any religious rites until it gives a verdict about Radhika. Radhika takes an oath in front of Lord Krishna for Shastrijis dignity. Dev comes there while Radhika is fulfilling her oath. On the other hand the Village Panchayat questions Shastriji as to why Radhika was thrown out of the Purohit house. The village panchayat is about to give a verdict that Shastriji and his family should be thrown out of the village, when Dev comes and stops them.
