hm ... u cant help LOL i can only help myself ... exactly one year from now i got my echocardiography done ... n someone called from a hospital saying exactly in one year ull come again .. but I FORGOT THE DATE I MISPLACED MY EFFING PAPER !  its in my rooom somewhere gotta find it tmr and see what month either this month or next ... cuz i think it was 8 or something !
