Housefull 2" finished 1st day on rather good note at 13.95 cr with collections took hit from evening matches from IPL and regional releases.

Saturday, 7th March 11:00 PM IST           "Housefull 2" Failed To Show Growth On Saturday         "Housefull 2" finished 1st day on rather good note at 13.95 cr with collections took hit from evening matches from IPL and regional releases. Film was not supposed to show any big jump as contrary to Friday yesterday today Saturday was not holiday but still collection were rather low in morning shows. But film did recover with full shows in evening and night.       Now film has a big test on Sunday which will answer the question about film's collections in 1st weekend and the trend it will show on weekdays.         Below are the collections of the film and early estimate for weekend –     Friday 13.95 cr  Saturday 14.05 cr (early estimate) Sunday 17.50 cr (predicted) Total Domestic Collections 45.50 cr Total Overseas Collections 11.00 cr (expected) Total Worldwide Collections 66.00 cr

 Housefull 2 was indeed a ride.  OMG, what an insane comedy.  A lot of laughs!  😆  Akshay is truly back after so many lame films like Action Replayy and Desi Boyz!  😎  Even though the film was nothing new, it seems like he enjoyed doing Housefull 2.  Sajid Khan got a brilliant cast together in the form of Rishi Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor, Mithun, Boman, Akshay, etc.  They all shined in their respective roles.  John cannot do comedy if his life depended on it.  But, he did make a sincere effort in some scenes.  Ritesh was the funniest, he is so natural.  ⭐️  Johnny Lever was very funny.  The leading ladies were lame.  Asin, Jacqueline acted so fake.  I didn't care much for them.  And Zarine looked so masculine.  🤔  Mallika Arora Khan was smoking hot in her item number, what a babe!      I liked this better than the original Housefull.  Songs were entertaining!  Overall, a decent watch and I would rate the film 2 1/2 stars out of 5.   I am glad I watched it.
