Raje was sitting on food table n he was still in thoughts of villagers, soyara came n sai ask her to serve him, anger was shown on raje's face. On the other side, noor leaves, inayat says that he surely fulfill his plan. This side, as raje takes the first bite, he remember the starvation of children, n he leaves the place. 

In torna fort, inayat was having lunch, but his wife rukhsar, was tensed with his decision n asking him to thing again by giving rahim's example, he got angry n scolds her, a maid listen this. The maid goes in search of gauhar, she was taking bath at that moment, the maid reaches n ask her that rukhsar was trying to control inayat, she gave her anklet with perfume on it to give to inayat. Rukhsar again try to talk with him but he got very angry n put knife to her, the maid enters n move the anklet towards him, by the smell of perfume, he got mesmerized n leave. 

In lal fort, raje in darbaar with all ministers n leaders. Raje says that his mother has done lot of efforts in reestablishing pune n he himself tried his best but still he saw poverty n helpless ppl of over, he gets to know that the amount of tax he received is less than the actual amount of revenue obtained n ques if it is wrong or right. 

A leader says that deshpande obtained money n deshpande says that patil obtains, the round of putting blame on each other n arguements starts, it makes jijabai angry. Jijabai stops them n scolds that thy all are selfish n thought of living thr lives comfortably, the tax they submit to treasure is not enough for maintaining army. 

Raje says that he dnt support such system of obtaining tax n ask to change rules, from now no one will take tax, his men will take it from those who are capable n it will used for helpless ppl n orders that none of them will obtain tax, thy got worry that what will thy do but raje assures to give them 20% from that tax n ask baji kaka to announce that from now the economic n administrative control are vested in lal mahal. On the other side, noor was disguising himself to attack raje.
