Gujar reaches the place where he has kept shevanta n says that she's here than y shivaji was saying that they have found shevanta , at the same moment raje n his men arives n says that he has done so to reach the correct place where they kept her, yesaji holds gujar. Raje opens the tied shevanta n she fell down,he was shocked on her state, raje checked whether she's alive or not. 

In palace, sai was very upset, soyara console her, ambika came n says that its a usual condition of poor girls,thr's nothing to worry abt it. Jijabai came n says that being a woman she dnt understand the pain of women, its very shameful, such person shud get severe punishment. Raje came n says that he'll surely get such punishment after which not only the patils but people from far away also get scared while doing such crime. Raje goes n ask shyamrao to annonce in all villagers that gujar will get punishment in front of all. 

Raje was very angry, jijabai understand his anger. Annoncement happen, sum ppl says that he'll leave gujar, due to pressure by adil, on the other side, rahim thought of saving gujar, or adil will punish him. Raje gets ready, jijabai came n ask abt punishment he decided, whether he discussed it with any minister or not, but he dnt reply n she understand the silence. 

Gujar reaches in chains to village n raje with his men, all gathered for the decision. Raje was abt to annonce the punishment but rahim came to save gujar n says that he has no right to punish him publicaly, he's just a jagirdar of adil's empire. Raje ask the people if they want to punish him or wait till the proceedings continue. Shevanta's father was crying, raje points towards him n says that today it was her daughter who was raped n killed, tommorrow it will be there.

 Villagers ask for immidiate justice. Gujar begs raje to forgive him, n admits his crime, raje says that he will forgive him if he return shevanta to his father. Gujar says that its not possible, raje holds him n says that while killing ganoji, when the old man begging to him to leave shevanta,does he felt pity on them, when shevanta crying to leave her he was laughing, now no one will pity on him. 

Rahim says that its not right, raje says he's doing justice n says that wat to do with those who support him, villagers ask to punish him too. Raje takes out his sword n annonce to cut his hands n legs which approaches that girl n destroy her. All were surprised with the decision, he orders bhimiya to cut n he done so.
