OK...a LOTA...is a vessel with a round bottom, so no definite direction. Push it in any direction, it shakes a bit and comes back to original position. Term used to describe a person with no definite stand! Juhi ji loves such terminoligies...Be-paindi ka Lota----Do-gale etc.😛
