Mrs. Aggarwal and Mr. Aggarwal are sitting in their room. Having cups of tea in their hands.
Mr. Virendra Aggarwal: Supriya, aaj ashu ki bahut yaad aa rahi hai. WO yaha hoti to apne bte KO dekh kar uski sari takleefein door ho jati.
Mrs. Aggarwal: tum sahi keh rahe ho. Aaj sach me uski kami khal rahi hai. Aaj abhay ne na sirf apne aapko balki hamare bachcho ko bhi aage badaya hai. WO bilkul apni maa ki tarah hai. Ashu bhi sabse pehle dusro ki fikar karti thi.
Mr. aggarwal: ashu ke sath job hi hua,supriya kahin na kahin main bhi iske liye zimmedar tha.
Mrs. Aggarwal: tum apne aap ko dosh kyun de rahe ho. Jo kuch bhi hua. It was all destiny. Maine bhi kuch kam doshi nahi hu. She s not only your sister but my best friend also. We were so close to each other(weeping)
Virendra comes to her and console her)
Mr. aagarwal: Supriya, come-on don't cry. Chup ho jao. Sham ko party hai. Chalo taiyar ho jao.
(Mrs Aggarwal still weeping)
Mr. Aggarwal: comeon supriya. Bachcho ke liye chup ho jao. Aaj unka din hai.
At Chandraniketan
Mrs. Chandra: aaj sham ko party me jana hai. Yaad hai na..

Abhay goes downstairs. He again gets a ring and same.. it was of Mr. Aadarsh Khandelwal. Abhay gets irritated and he moves to his garden.
Abhay: ab kya hua? Mera din bigad kar aapko chain nahi mila jo aap ab meri sham barbad kar rahe ho?
Mr. Aadarsh: Beta.. ek barmeri bat to sun lo..
Abhay: Aapko ab bhi kuch kehna hai? Jo itne saalo pehle kaha tha use aapka ji nahi bhara? Aura b itne salo bad apko fir se kuch kehna hai? Bataiye Mr. Khandelwal.. Ab kehne aur sunne ke liye kya reh gaya hai.
Mr. Aadarsh: abhay. Maine tab jo kuch bhi kaha tha usme meri mazburi thi'
Abhay: Aap mazbur nahi the balki mujhe aur meri mom ko mazbur bana diya tha.. Aura ab main mazbur hu.. main aapko kabhi maaf nahi kar sakta(and he disconnects)
Mr. Aadarsh: beta par' (Thinking) kash kit um kabhi samajh sakte. Bhale hi ab tum mujhe apna baap bhi mat mano. Par mera ashirwad hamesha tumhare sath rahega.
Abhay is crying in garden. And flash back
Ashwini: tum aisa nahi kar sakte Aadarsh. Kisi ek ko chunna hi hoga tumhe.
Aadarsh: Main mazbur hu ash. Main kisi ek ko nahi chun sakta. Tum aur abhay meri zindagi ho. Main tumhare bagair nahi reh paunga.
Ashwini: to thik hai unhe chorh do..
Aadarsh: main nahi chorh sakta unhe. Tum samazti kyun nahi.
Ashwini: tumhe faishla karnahi padega. Ya to mujhe aur abhay ko chun lo ya fir chale jao hamari zindagi se.
Aadarsh wants to touch her but she moves and hugs small abhay (10 years old).
Aadarsh: please Ashwini' (But she is not listening) to fir thik hai. Main jaa raha hu'.
Ashwini: (shocked).😲 (She hugs her son harder and cries)😭
Ashwini is driving her car. And abhay is also with her. She is worried and tensed, remembering all and Weeping. 😭Suddenly a truck comes and she looses her balance and met with an accident.
In hospital
Abhay got small injuries but Ashwini is very serious. Virendra and Supriya come to him and Mr. Aadarsh also comes and Virendra says.
Virendra: Ab kya lene aaye ho yahan.
Aadarsh: main apne biwi aur bte ke liye aaya hu yaha.
Virendra: ab tumhara inse koi rishta nahi.
Mr. Aadarsh drags abhay but mr. aggarwal stops him and abhay hugs Virendra.
Abhay: Mamu mujhe dad ke pas nahi jana. Wo bahut gande hain. Unhone mama ko rulaya. Main nahi jaunga (he cries) (Mr. Aggarwal consoles him and says).
Virendra: abhay. Ab aap apne mama mami aur neha aur vivek ke sath rahoge. Rahoge na.
Abhay: main dad ke pas nahi jaunga. Kabhi nahi jaunga. Main aapke pas rahunga. (Supriya hugs him and consoles him. Wipes his tears and kiss him.)
Supriya: haan beta. Ab tum mere pas rahoge. Mama-mami will love u a lot.
Virendra: Sun liya tumne. Now leave. Security take this man away from here.
Security guards push him)
Aadarsh: main apne bte ko apne pas bula kar hi rahunga. Dekh lena tum.
In court
Judge: Dono paksho ki dalilo ko sunte hue ye adaalat ye faisla leti hai ki abhay ki custody Mr. and Mrs. Virendra aggarwal ko hi milegi.
Now abhay in garden cries.
