Wana to control ur thoughts... Start with simple step daily just close your eyes for 10 min and think what makes u happy any thing ur car, ur love, ur house, ur job, ur some memories , anything and start concentrating daily on that thing at a particular time and it will makes u feel better. do this cont. 4 10 days and after that it will becum ur habit and u will able to think that positive thing whenever u wil be feeling low and when u will become master of this then start making ur mind free of any thought for 10 second then 20 second and slowly increase the time. U will becum the master of ur thoughts...
