Speaking as a scientist, an o blood group in a child is possible in three ways. 1. One or both parents have O blood type. 2. Both parents have A or B blood groups. 3. One parent has A blood type and the other parent has B blood type. Possibilities 2 and 3 are very rare. Genetically speaking though, both mother and son can have o- blood type. And so it makes sense for all three (Ketki Masi, Ambaji, and Aditya) to have the same blood group.
