--Khurana Constructions---

She  knocked the door of his cabin and went in.

She was dressed in her jeans and a  collared short sleeved  blue coloured shirt.

The cabin was empty ,she was told by Adi that Maan is in the cabin ,she looked around to cofirm his absence ,She turned back  and made her way towards the door to leave the cabin.

She was about to leave but a hand held her wrist and pulled her towards him ,she looked at him and smile crept on her lips , Maan her eyes were glowing .

Maan tum acchanak se yaha jaise aaye.

Geet  It's my cabin and usually I work here.

I know Maan ,but you weren't there till now.

Yeah I came just now when you were searching for me .

What but I looked all around ..

I  came after that

But after that I turned back .

I came before you turned back.

But I...

Geet ...It's  not a mystery that you have to solve ,so leave it.

Yeah true ,she smiled ...let it remain as an Unsolved mystery.

They both smiled.

Geet ,you are looking different today.

Different??

Yeah... I think it's the new-year effect. I'm loving the constant  sweet smile on your face.

Accha ,Geet asked cutely.

Bilkul , how to describe your smile ,it's so magnetic ...your smile attracts my eyes and then my lips turn and there you go ,a huge smile on my face.

It's a lovely process na...He moved closer

Maan tum bhi na..!!

She playfully hit his shoulder.

A knock disturbed their  conversation.

Aaah!!Perfect wrong timing ,Maan thought

Oops Sir ,seems like some-one needs to meet the boss.

Areh ,Geet hit her head.

Main toh batana hi bhool gayi ki main yaha kyun aayi.

They again heard the knock.

Come in ,Maan went to his table and sat on his leather chair.

Transformed into the Maan Singh Khurana mode

Good morning Sir ,

A girl with a a knee-length skirt and a sleeveless top entered his cabin.

She is his new Secretary ,she knew that.

Good morning Sakshi.

Geet stood beside Sakshi.

She didn't fail to notice the way Sakshi continuously looked at Maan with a big smile on her face.

Sir , These are the blue-prints you asked for.

Geet handed those blue-prints to Maan .

Thanks Geet.

Now Geet had to leave but she didn't feel like leaving the cabin so early .

First this girl knocked the cabin while Maan was talking to me and now why is she staring at him?Geet thought.

Geet..??

Maan called her as she still stood there even after handing over the file.

Anything else??

No Sir ,nothing.

Geet again  looked at the girl and left the cabin.

They whole staff was informed that Mr.Sudesh Khurana  ,Maan's dad and their boss was going to come to the office .

They all continued with their work.

Few of them were nervous ,as they knew that Sudesh believes in perfection , he hardly tolerates mistakes. He was a very strict boss  , more than Maan.

Staff feared him.

Geet was a bit nervous as she never met him ,she even heard of Maan's dad from Pinky.

A kind-hearted person but very professional when it comes to work.

Even though she was a bit nervous ,she was confident about herself.

----Near the lift---

Geet was waiting near the lift , she has to go down for some work .

She was waiting and the doors of the lift were opened.

She literally shouted after they got opened.

Sudesh Uncle?? She was surprised to see Sudesh in her office building.

Uncle aap yaha? She was very excited.

Geet beta...aap yaha??

Haan uncle...my office is in this building.

In this building.??

Yeah Uncle.

Sudesh was very happy to hear that Geet works in KC .

Geet bete Khurana constructions toh...

Uncle ,chaliye na andar...main aapko Maan se bhi milaungi.

Sudesh stopped at the moment he heard Maan's name!!

He was surprised at the way Geet took his name.

Maan??

 Haan uncle Maan ,mera bahut accha dost hai...I told na...I even told him about you.

I'm really happy Uncle.

Chaliye..

Nahi nahi ek minute ek minute...

Main hi use yaha bulaati hoon.

Geet was about to call Maan ,but Maan was already coming towards the lift,

Sudesh called Maan before reaching the office ,so Maan came there to take him .

But to his surprise he saw Sudesh ,standing with Geet.

Maan ,accha hua tum yaha aa gaye.

Maan yeh hai Sudesh Uncle.

Sudesh Uncle ye hi hai Maan.

Maan !!Sudesh repeated the name.

Sudesh always knew that Geet's friend is more than just a friend and after new-year he was sure about Geet and her "Maan's" relationship .

Sudesh cleared his throat.

So Mr. Maan aap hi hai Geet ke dost ,bahut acche dost.

Aapke bare me Gee ne humse baat ki thi.

Aap dono ek doosre ke bahut acche dost hai ,nahi.

Maan stood there with his mouth open not knowing what to speak ,He looked at Geet who was constantly smiling .

The way Sudesh was talking to Maan definitely shut his mouth ,Maan was about to tell everything to Sudesh , but he didn't tell anything ,the only person in his family who knew of his relationship with Geet is only Dev.

Maan knew that Sudesh must be angry for not telling him about Geet.

Geet couldn't understand the reason behind Maan'silence.

Accha waise uncle aap yaha kya kar rhe hai??

Woh Geet main kisi se milne aaya tha.

Geet and Sudesh continued to talk.

Maan was actually surprised to see the bonding that Geet and his dad shared.

Oh no ,Geet hit her head between the conversation.

Uncle woh aaj Maan ke papa...I mean hamaare boss aane wale hai.

The owner of KC.

I'm really very sorry Uncle ,mujhe jaana padega ,he is coming to office after a long time and I heard that he doesn't tolerate any mistake and now if he finds me and Maan are not in the office so it can be a problem.

 

G...Geet...Maan tried to stop Geet ,he tried to tell that Sudesh is none other than his dad.

Geet...ek minute...woh actually...he ...

Just before Maan could complete his sentence ,Adi came there.

Sir.

Adi went to Sudesh.

Sudesh Sir ,aap aa gaye??

Happy New Year Sir ...!!

Happy New Year Adi.

Adi Sudesh Uncle ko kaise jaanta hai ?? Sudesh Uncle bhi Adi ko jaante hai??

Andar chaliye na Sir.

Geet couldn't understand what's happening.

Uncle ...aap Adi ko jaante ho??

UNCLE??? Adi's eyes popped out after listening to Geet addressing The  Sudesh Khurana...The owner of Khurana Empire ,as Uncle .

G...G...Geet...stammered Adi ofcourse main Sudesh Sir ko  jaanta hoon ,he is Maan's dad ,said Adi not knowing how to react in that situation.

What???? Geet uttered in shock.

SUDESH KHURANA?? Maan's dad??

Sudesh Uncle ...morning walk uncle??

She never EVER thought that her Sudesh Uncle and Sudesh Khurana would be the same.

NEVER EVER!!!

She gulped down and stood there shocked.
