People need to understand the difference  between opinion/views and facts...while one cannot be sued for their opinions...they can be sued for misquoting/distorting a fact...

Anyhoo, if someone is an escort, they ought to have an agency they belong to (unless they are solo) and clientle. You also have to get paid to spend time with them. If there is no client roster and a person willingly devotes time, then it does not fit the definition of escort.

As for affair, as long as its not an extra-marital affair. So at the most Mehak and Sallu are banging each other on the side. It is their business.

You can't really compare two people sleeping together with a po*n star. There are actually thousands of men and women across the world who have pre-marital sex and relationships. Way more than there is even po*n. po*n still is societally shocking as it involves sleeping with a lot of people and broadcasting it for others to enjoy.

Personally for me who sleeps with who really is not a matter for discussion or a judge of character. A loyal housewife who has been with only one man, can be a mean backstabbing bitch to people around her while someone who sleeps around a ton can be a super sweet compassionate person. We need to stop our fixation on sexual choices and see people for who they really are in interacting wth people.

i can say that mehek is fake, cunning, stupid , disgusting and no one can sue me for that because thats my opinion...but when i say that mehek is an escort...that will be distorting a fact...the courts would be fine as long as i am able to show them convincing evidence but if i am not able to do so...i will be booked for slander...character assassination is not looked upon kindly by courts and thankfully never will be...so think before u do that...and like mia said...tweets and he said she said kinda evidence get thrown in the court's trash box.
