To Make an AT, you just go to the celebrity page and click the button "open new post"  Then just follow a similar format as mine or other AT you have seen. That how I did it. I don't if there is separate button to create AT or not. 

That would be great if you can create PM AT.

Also, if someone else can create Amar AT, because I am going to be gone a lot in the next couple of months for school and business. So I want have that much time to continue to update member list etc. But If no one else can, I will surely try to create one.
