Haan = Yes (In Punjabi at least)

Nai= No (Also in Punjabi)

Tho= So (It's more of an expression, but I think the idea is that: also in Punjabi)

 

So literally, it would mean, Yes no so.

But it actually equates more to an expression like "Humph" or "I'm telling you"

 

I know it's weird, but thats the only way I can describe it.

I loved your post and the manveer scene was brilliant his teasing to his concern and back again to his mischevious mode was brilliant but the best bit was the haan nai toh it was spot on - now only if he stops calling J princess and keeps that purely for manyata or she calls him her prince that will be perfect.
