Why in general pictures from tinypic.com are not opening/visible on IF.

Tinypic had a total meltdown when they were merged into Photobucket - the latter did not make any attempts to migrate Tinypic users and their work into their databases.  It's surprising that anyone still uses Tinypic - either use Photobucket, or if needed for siggies, use the 2 sites that Subha mentioned above

How does one upload pictures in the profile of an Actor.. for example if i want to upload sonarika's picture in her profile how do i do it?

you mean you want to upload a pic in the comment section of Sona's profile?

Thats done the same way we do on any thread

upload the pic to photo bucket. Copy the image code and paste in comment section
