Hey Charu Di I had a question

Do u know how to make Video Siggies which is a conbination of animation and non-animation?

Eg: This is one of the banners of my Maaneet FF

I had requested Seher to make it can u pls tell me is how do we combine animation with non-animation?

I want to make such banners on my own
