I think she won't say it right away, as most probably she will be told about Rashi being ostracised because of cheating the family to get Jigar marry her, similarly Gopi is recovering from life threatening injury so she wont ask right away, but eventually she will.
As look at Aham after all of this his still keeping himself back, all this taking care of Gopi he puts down to his responsibility to do it as he let her go and face the goons when it was dangerous to do so and it has resulted in her injury, so it's guilt...so with Aham he seems to need a lot of pushing him.
