No..you got it a bit wrong here. I will never call any one kutta-kutti... 😊

I used the expression, Mahek (with a Kutti Smile)...any Punjabi would tell you...its actually a compliment...in spoken language, especially in Punjabi heartland...term Kutti Smile is used to imply a smile thats  concealing something / saucy / sexy...

I have many Punjabi friends and whenever I crack a witty one liner, few have this habit of back slapping and complienting with a,"O yaar...badi Kutti cheez hai tu..."

You can see my earlier Fun-Opsis threads where MANY Punjabi members especially rolled over laughing at this Kutti smile expression...😛

punjabi is a langauge if u say chad de phatte it means many things,

and kutti cheez mean peri cheez means bad thing !

May be Pakistani Punjabi, (especially phrases and interpretations), could be a bit different from ones used and interpreted in India.
