Lavanya's jealousy isn't obvious yet. From Arnav's perspective she hadn't merely considered Khushi to be smart enough to handle higher responsibilities.
I doubt if Arnav had thought about anyone and that includes Khushi, apart from himself or for a greater gain in his company.

Let's see how it all plays out. But definitely not the cliched vamp puts damsel in distress and prince charming comes in and saves the say route 😊
