Not at all ... Arnav's and Lavanya's association dates back longer than Khushi's...as such there will be residual feelings ..Platonic, affectionate and not amorous let me hasten to add .. secondly..this feelings are new for him , and he still does not know how to handle him.. Another factor , he is breaking from a friend of his .. surely u do not expect him to ogle at such a time..would u ??
Finally remember the important point..Arnav has decided to move on in his life n not to get affected by her.. so he is reticent in his reactions... How can he be mesmerized by another girl when the sad knowledge that he has broken a innocent girl's heart weighs heavily on him.. whatever Arnav's fault..he always has been a sensitive and compassionate man..
