For that go to customize >> then on the left hand side scroll down to Link1 give the URL of your tumblr like mine is http://akhiyan-nu-rehn-de.tumblr.com then after putting your URL there
add   >>  /tagged/(for my edits) my-edits
e.g: http://akhiyan-nu-rehn-de.tumblr.com/tagged/my-edits
for gifs /gifs and so on.
