i think salaam e isshq is our ipkknd director one of the favourite song even in dill mill gaye if u guys watch this serial ever there is a salaam e ishq song in sapna wedding so i think might be it was one of his favourite song or may be just concidence.and i m ok with i also really like that song but i really wish khushi also wear a lehnga and also arnav khushi dream segment in between songs made me more happy. but not mind sanaya looking preety

Sanaya Performing Second Time On Salam-e-ishq...i Guess it's Director's fav Song...😉

I don't really recall Salaame ishq in DMG but it was certainly feautred in MJHT> Sanaya is performing twice on this song.  

It could be, this song can be picturised on many different characters and couples, like in salaam-e-ishq, there were different types of couples and the lyrics suit each one of them. So if you want to show the love existing between different couples, salaam-e-ishq does that nicley. But you could be right.
