Plz help me guys I know its not related to gf
My aunty have sleeping problem n also consulted DR they gave some white colored pills in bottle n I don't know the name of pill Bt still she can't sleep properly in the mid night she wakes up n can't sleep afterwards
So she wants to buy pills without prescription so if thee anybody Drs here pls help which tablet is good for her

alprax 0.25mg/ 0.5mg depending on patients response.but pharmacy people wont give sleeping pills with out prescription

I know pharmacy people won't give without prescription
I will try once as she came to my home for somedays
Otherwise i will take her to the hospital

Melatonin is sold over the counter in US and Canada... It is also supposed to aid in sleeping and does not require a prescription from the doctor. I am not sure where you are based but this should be readily available in North America.. not too sure abt other places..

It's always best to consult the doc again...but usually Temazepam can be used.
