Veer "i love painting...so I made it last year..."
Ananya "you paint so well...can you teach me?"
Veer "sure...why not" he smiled at her...
Ananya "ok I will get my stuff tomorrow and you can teach me..."
Veer "are you going now??"
Ananya "oh yes...i am getting late..."

Ananya was still lost in those last words said by Veer...how could she say anything like that for Veer...he was so helpful to her...he always seemed kind and different from other boys...Ananya hated herself for this...she wanted to talk to Veer and tell him that he was the best boy she ever met...that she started liking him...
"Any where are you??" Sulekha was knocking outside her room...
Ananya "Grandma let me sleep"

Ananya "i didn't mean anything...i was just saying in my ego...i am so sorry...you are very nice and very sweet...can I please meet you outside..."
Veer "i have to sleep"
Ananya "please Veer just for sometime...you can come to new wales swimming pool...i am waiting for you..."
Veer "it is far from my house..."
Ananya "that's alright I am waiting for you...you take your time"
Veer smiled and got up to get ready...
After some time...
at the swimming pool
Ananya was waiting at the table near the pool when she saw Veer... she waved her hand...
Veer came towards Ananya...
both were sitting opposite each other...
Ananya came near and hold his hand "i am sorry Veer...i didn't mean to hurt you in any way...you are really very nice"
Veer looked up at her "i am coward"
Ananya "no you are not...you are not coward, you are very kind...and I like you the way you are...believe me Veer..."
Veer "i can fight if I want to...but I don't think its worth fighting with every other person and do you think if I beat someone unnecessarily then I will be brave."
Ananya "sorry Veer...please forgive me..."
Veer smiled at her "alright...forget it now"
Ananya smiled broadly "thank you so much...friends" she forwarded her hand ….
Veer put his hand on her hand... "friends"

some time...
Ananya came in her pink swimwear...Veer gazed at her as she looked like a mermaid in the water...her flawless skin was shinning...soon she realized Veer looking at her...
Ananya "are you scared of water??"
Veer "no but I don't feel like swimming now"
Ananya "come on Veer...you are my friend now...you can't say no...now come fast" she said while making a pony tail of her hair...
There were few girls and boys in the pool...Ananya was sitting on the pool side waiting for Veer...
Veer came out in his swimming togs... Ananya jumped into the pool and asked him to come...
Ananya "race???"
Veer "alright..."
Ananya "i will do butterfly you can go for normal...butterfly is more difficult stroke"
Veer "i can do butterfly as well, I have strong shoulders that I developed in my six years of practice"
Ananya "wow...ok lets start..." she said while wearing her pink swimming glasses "1, 2, 3 go" she went inside the water... both were swimming with equal speed. Ananya's wave-like body was moving faster...it seemed an easy job for her...
when she looked around she saw Veer reached first... "how come you are so fast???"
Veer " good technique is crucial to swim this style effectively"
Ananya "oh...so you are better then me...well thats good to know...i like winners..."
She came near him...and took off her glasses... "are my eyes red???"
Veer "little bit...you know its because of the chlorine"
Ananya "hmm...but I hate when my eyes are red..."
Veer "you look like a real vampire" he smiled...
Ananya moved her hands towards his neck...he went inside the pool...Ananya looked for him "Veer...i won't leave you...wait"
both were swimming together for long time...
Veer "we should leave now...its getting dark..."
Ananya "yes...but its so much fun here...i don't feel like going..."
Veer "come Ananya..."
Ananya "ok " as she was coming out of the pool her feet slipped...Veer was behind her...she fell on him...with her back against his chest...she turned a little and touched his chest...then gazed into his eyes...for a moment both were lost in each other...
Veer moved his hand from her shoulder to her waist...she kept her hands on his strong shoulders... they came more closer... Veer curled his arms around her waist pulling her slowly more closer...soon they were embracing each other with their eyes closed... suddenly they heard a noise... "please empty the pool" the life gourd was announcing... Ananya moved back... and embarrassingly looked at Veer... "my foot slipped... "
