Part 10 Flashback cont...
Mrs Goel entered the class... she glanced around and found a new face sitting right in front of her...
"hello pretty girl...whats your name...can you introduce yourself to the entire class"
Ananya "i am Ananya Chadha...i came to Delhi cause my parents wanted to move here from Bangalore...i studied in St mary convent for girls...i love riding and skying"
Mrs Goel "thank you Ananya..."
Veer listened to her introduction and gazed at her lovely long hair which she had tied in a ponytail...he looked at her waist while she was adjusting her belt...
soon the bell rang and the students started making noise...
Ananya was talking to Meenakshi ….
Veer wanted to look at her again and again...he didn't let his eyes off her...
Ananya turned to his sharp gaze... she frowned at the way he was staring at her...
"hey whats your problem??? she asked loudly
Veer looked around "me??"
Ananya "yes you..."
Veer "no nothing...i have no problem" he said while lazily crossing his hands behind his head.
Ananya "then why the hell you are staring at me??"
Veer "not staring...i am gazing"
the boys laughed...
Ananya "fine gazing...but why are you gazing???"
Veer "cause you are worth it"
Ananya "oh..." she got up from her seat and walked towards Veer... "its not that easy to look at me"
Veer "why??? do you charge for looking at you?? I thought its free??"
Ananya glared at him "stop annoying me or I will..."
Veer "or you will...what...?? wait let me guess or you will charge me"
all the boys laughed at Veer's response...
Ananya "you boys can only laugh... you all are good for nothing"
Veer "now you want them to cry???...we are good for gazing at beautiful girls"
he said while getting up and moving out of the class...
Ananya got red with anger "i will teach you how to look at girls"
She asked Meenakshi... "what's his name??"
Meenakshi "Veer Malhotra"
Ananya "i will not leave him...you wait and see"

Next day ….
Ananya was looking for Veer...she was so angry at him...
Veer "you are looking for your prince charming?...here I am"
Ananya turned around "oh...well mr Prince charming...have you ever seen yourself in the mirror?..."
Veer "no...wait I can see myself in your eyes"
Ananya moved away a little "what the hell do you think of yourself?"
Veer "i am great"
Ananya stamped her feet on the ground... and walked away angrily...
Veer smiled while she walked away...
Ananya thought of something and saw the fat and ugly looking girl in her class going the bathroom... she immediately wrote something on the chit and threw at Veer...Veer picked up the chit and read "come in the bathroom for a while"
Veer looked at Ananya going out of the class...he quickly made an excuse to his friends and followed her...Ananya hide herself behind a wall and saw Veer entering the girls bathroom...
She quickly went in the class and informed all the girls to come and see what Veer does in girls bathroom...
Veer did not see anyone and saw one door closed...he knocked "Ananya...why did you call me here??"
but he didn't got any answer... then he heard some noise outside...at the same time he saw the most ugly girl getting out of the bathroom...he shouted "you???"
and rushed outside... he saw a huge crowd of girls staring at him and the ugly girl...
Ananya was laughing aloud at Veer's condition "wow Veer …..we must say you have a good choice..."
Veer stared at her and left from there...

Next day
Ananya was in the library putting some books on the shelf when a hand grasped her mouth and pulled her to one side...
Ananya "what the hell do you think of yourself"
Veer "you feel good after insulting me?"
Ananya kept quiet...
Veer "thanks Ananya...if I want I can give the same reply but I won't because I know my limits...and one more thing...i won't ever come in your way"
he left after saying the words which made Ananya think seriously for the first time in her life...
Ananya was walking down the stairs...she didn't realize her shoe laces were open...she was thinking about Veer and how she made fun of him in front of all the girls and linked him with that ugly girl...
she was about the slip off the stairs when a strong hand hold her arm and pulled her...it was Veer... "tie your laces...otherwise you will fall down" he said and walked away...
Ananya was in deep thoughts about Veer... she said to herself "he is handsome, very helpful, caring, funny, strong boy...he was talking to me but I was the one who was getting annoyed...he didn't say anything bad nor he did anything wrong with me..."
Ronit "Veer...why aren't you talking yaar?? what happened??"
Veer "nothing...lets go home...my car's waiting...see you tomorrow"
Ronit stood there and thought Veer has changed or was he not in the mood to talk...

Chadha house
Ananya went to her bedroom and thought about Veer...was she falling for him or was it just a liking...she never thought like this before...she thought of going out for sometime …. as she was coming down the stairs she fell of badly till the last stair...she had hit her ankle...it wasn't easy for her to get up... she yelled in pain...
Mitali came running and helped her to her room...she called the doctor...it was a fracture...she couldn't walk properly for next few days...
Ananya was angry on herself...she really wanted to go to school...but how will she manage to get out of the house...
Next Day...
Ananya called Priya and asked her to come over to her place and take her to school as her mother wont allow her to go...
Priya "but why do want to go in such a condition...i would suggest you rest at home"
Ananya "did I ask you suggestion??"
Priya came after sometime as she new Ananya would not listen to anyone...
They went to school...Ananya couldn't see Veer anywhere...
She went to her class limping with the help of her friend...
Veer came late and didn't notice the fracture on her foot...
Ananya didn't wanted to talk first...she thought he would come and ask her...but Veer walked out of the class after the class was finished...
Ananya "Priya...just do one thing...call that boy here"
Priya "why??? and will he come here?"
Ananya "yes...just tell him he forgot something"
Priya went towards Veer "hello excuse me"
Veer stopped to look behind "what??"
Priya "you forgot something in class"
Veer walked back and reached the class...he looked around his desk but there wasn't anything missing... he was about to leave when Ananya said "wait...you have forgotten something"
Veer "to hell with whatever I have forgotten" and walked out of the class...
Ananya felt bad and thought she would never talk to him again... "what does he think of himself...i will never ever talk to him again...to hell with you Veer"

Next Day
Ananya was coming down the stairs...it was painful but she could manage... while limping she got her foot slipped and she fell over... by the time she opened her eyes she was in his arms...
Ananya "you!!!...how dare you touch me...leave me I said"
Veer "i don't enjoy holding you...and you are too heavy to hold as well"
Ananya annoyingly "i don't want some...some" she was finding a nice word... "Dracula"
Veer "what??? then you are a vampire"
Ananya "what??? leave me...i said leave me"
Veer "let me get to the last stair and I swear I will never pick this heavy vampire again"
Ananya "i ….i will kill you Veer..."
Veer "i know you love killing people...you are a vampire that's your profession..."
Ananya "go to hell and leave me"
Veer "disgusting girl"
Ananya "you are disgusting boy"
as he went to the last stair he carefully made her sit on the stair...
Veer "you get angry over little things"
Ananya "and you make me angry a lot"
Veer "vampire" and smiled at her
Ananya "Dracula" and smiled back...
both started laughing...
Ananya "i am sorry Veer...i did a bad prank"
Veer "its alright...how did you get this fracture"
Ananya "i slipped off the stairs at home..."
Veer "oh...is it painful...must be difficult to walk"
Ananya "yes it is..."
Veer "why do you come to school...you should rest at home"
Ananya "yes...i am going home now"
Veer "wait I will help you..." he hold her arm and waist... she curled her arm around his neck...
Both walked towards the gate...
Ananya "Thanks Veer"
She waved to Veer who smiled "take care"
