Dont you remember that ASR-La engagement date was set for a month from now? However, when Khushi challenged Arnav that HE is not happy... (coz he accused HER of not being happy with her engagement), he decided to pre-pone it!

My take is that they will tell everyone that they have decided to stay with the "original: date and let PAYASH get engaged on the 16th, coz having two engagements on the same day is too much work!

THEN once the PAYASH engagement ends, they will be free to break the news to the family, and soon after that Khushi's engagement news will come out too!

na yaar Nani won't do that she will tell start the retuals then...don't worry Im sure that La-ASR won't engage...
will see if La-ASR engage na thats not good for the trp even yaaar

Yes, the lacuna is glaring.

LA/ASR and KKJ/ANJ will agree to keep the broken engagement(s) secret SO AS to not upset anyone--yet, everyone will be exponentially more upset when and if it happens on the day of the engagement in a public manner.

I can see how keeping ASR and KKG unaware has huge currency in terms of creating scenes of inner conflict and drama, lusting from a distance scenes--but still...
