the promo for today shows Nidhi crying and telling Anji that Dr A dismissed her from hospital...Anji stunned saying WHATT ??😲

Nidhi says I cannot believe this is the same Dr Ashutosh who two days back only...They show a scene of Ashutosh laughing at the picnic & Nidhi staring at him...in BLACK & WHITE 💔

Nidhi hugs Anji & sobs saying but "how ??? why???"

the dismissal letter is in her hand

i think its symbolic of Nidhi questioning why Ashu chose to do what he did

they don't want to show any scene of today to keep the surprise element i guess
