Shah Rukh Khan's Ra.One made Rs. 16 – 16.5 crore (all-India net collection) on day three (Friday, October 28) from all the three versions (Hindi, Tamil and Telugu).

The movie, which netted Rs. 18 crore and Rs. 25 crore on days one and two, saw collections drop on Friday morning before they picked up later in the day. The third day's collections are lesser as compared to the first two days, but they are still good enough.

Shah Rukh Khan's ambitious project delighted the audience across India on its opening day. On day 2, the film is stronger, and, according to distributors, the RA.One tide will only rise further. From north to south, the film has taken an enormous second-day opening as well.

In Mumbai, Anil Thadani of AA Films says RA.One had an outstanding opening yesterday, and today, the numbers are rising at lightning bolt speed. On Wednesday, due to the Diwali Puja, the numbers dropped during the evening and night shows. But today witnessed a huge jump."

In the Delhi-UP circuit, Sanjay Ghai of Mukta Arts says the film delivered better numbers today than on its first day. "Today, the film took 100 per cent opening on its second day. Day 2's collections will wrap up at around Rs 25 crore domestically. In our circuit, the film will close at Rs 4.5-5 crore."

It was the same happy story in East Punjab. Says Surendra Saluja of Lakshya Movies, "The first-day collections of RA.One were 88 lakh, and today, the film has generated a huge response from movie buffs.  Today, it will make more than Rs 1 crore in the East Punjab circuit. The film has seen a drastic improvement in its numbers."

Ravi Machchar of Sahyog Films in Nizam circuit remarks, "RA.One had a fabulous run on its second day. The numbers are much better than its first day collections. The film has an average 19 shows in each multiplex in our region and most of them are house full. The film collected Rs 1.06 crore yesterday and today it will generate Rs 1.5 crore in our circuit. All-India collections for RA.One today will be around Rs 20 crore."

In CI, Ashok Choudhary of Neha Movies adds, "RA.One has done double the business today than it did on its opening day. The film closed at Rs 37 lakh yesterday and today it is likely to close at Rs 70-80 lakh. Due to Diwali yesterday, many missed the film but they are making up for it today. The numbers are extraordinary!"

In CP, Sarang Chandak of Shri Rang Films says the film took a 100-per cent opening on its second day. Yesterday, it drew a fabulous response but today the response is tremendous. Yesterday, the film made Rs 70 lakh and today it will cross Rs 1 crore."
