Its soo 80s potboiler type...where the hero and heroine are seperated by their warring parents...where the heroines dad locks her up in the room and she cries on the bed for hours...or where the dad offers the hero a cheque to leave his daughter alone, and the hero is like "mera pyaar bikao nahi hai saab" or something cheesy like tht..

I like the old school 80's look. Even the premise - with the whole love blossoming amidst "small town clan wars" and the rural India setting - sounds like a movie from that bygone era. Loved Do Dooni Chaar. I might check this one out when it releases 😊; though I admit the leads are not getting me excited. 🤔
