Well all I can suggest it's IF faveritisesm. :)

I think it's a good subject to talk about. Teaches other and awrness. Nothing negative.

Your post was an accurate observation of GC's unhealthy diet. Boiling food usually sucks out all the nutreients. Eating raw vegetables and steamed vegetables is a healthier alternative.   😊

GC needs to eat a more balanced diet in order to strengthen his immune system. If his immune system is stronger, then he will able to recuperate quicker and fall ill less often.

Would he ever listen to what people say about his diet? No, he don't even listen at others things...
