One scenario is that they might drag this out till the actual wedding between Shyam and Khushi as has been pointed out. Where Khushi reluctantly agrees to the wedding and invites the Raizada household to the wedding. Everyone agrees to go except ASR. Khushi thinks that he won't come because he looks down on her and her family but only he knows that it's because he can't watch Khushi get married to someone else.
It's not till the marriage is about to begin and Shyam
doesn't realize his in-laws including his wife Angali are there. Shyam sees
them and comes face to face with Angali who can't believe that Shyam would do
such a thing to her. They could show that Khushi knew before hand about his
identity (perhaps she saw that big pic in Angali's bedroom) and found out about
Shyam and his treachery and that she wanted to expose him in front of the
Raizada clan and does so successfully.
It would be good TV to see the marriage come to the brink and have Angali see
who Khushi is marrying. So when ASR finally does show up he will see Shyam
sitting next to Khushi on the wedding mandap.
1. He gets angry and blames Khushi for trying to steal his sister's husband as
he has always accused her of wanting to trap a rich man and that she would do
anything for money. And that she entered the Raizada house only to steal Shyam
away from Angali. This rich family particularly ASR blame Khushi for the
wedding. Chaos ensues and everyone blames Khushi and she becomes a gold digger
in their eyes. Which leads to estrangement and anger between Khushi and ASR
till the truth comes out and Khushi is vindicated and ASR realizes his mistake
when he puts 2 and 2 together i.e why Shyam was absent so often and away from
his wife. But Khushi faces both shame and humiliation as no one will now marry
her and she now faces the same fate as Payal who is also considered
"tainted" as her wedding was cancelled at the last minute.
2. Or Khushi takes center stage and finds out at the last minute by talking to
Angali that he is indeed her husband both women hatch a plan to expose and
humiliate Shyam in front of everyone where till the last minute Khushi doesn't
tell him that she's invited Angali and her family and both women confront him
in front of all present and Angali walks up to Shyam and slaps him and when he
gets angry he takes it out on Khushi who gets to have a long monologue before he
attacks her. We could see ASR come to Khushi's rescue when she is hit by Shyam and is knocked out.
The CVs can put ASR in the middle of the commotion when Shyam slaps Khushi for not telling him and beating him at his own game since he's been leading a double life one with his wife and one with Khushi and her family we get to see that she knew his secret and basically played him like a banjo as he had been playing her and Angali. As per Khushi's plans the cops come and arrest Shyam.
It would also be vindication for the viewers to see Shyam
and ASR get into a physical fight after Shyam hits Khushi so hard that she
becomes unconscious. Of course we the viewing public would like to see ASR
boldly step up and marry Khushi but since he is against the idea of marriage or
possibly is engaged to be married to Lavania we might not see that happen.
3. Or we could see Khushi confide in Angali thinking the 2 are alone that she doesn't want to get married but is only doing so because it's an arranged marriage and she doesn't want to go against her parents wishes. ASR overhears this and then we would see ASR trying to find a way behind the scenes to get Khushi out of this marriage without having her upset her parents or even having her know that he is doing this. He decides to find out who she is marrying and comes to know the dreadful truth about Shyam. So he sets out to protect both Khushi and his sister by preventing this marriage and by finding a way to expose Shyam in front of everyone at the wedding or the engagement ceremony. He could come up with a secret plan now that he knows that she doesn't love the man she is marrying and more importantly who that man is.
Khushi's upcoming marriage is way more interesting than ASR's possible marriage to Lavania. The CVs have so many options open to them to work this track (Khushi's). I find ASR/Lavania marriage track both boring and predictable while Khushi's possible marriage to Shyam has the capacity to create great TV considering there are so many possible ways to play out this track.
Also I would like to see more of Shyam trying to hurt Khushi while living in the same house as her. I think the idea that Shyam would do anything to be with Khushi even if it means sabotaging her just to keep her out of his real home is brilliant. The idea of Khushi's enemy being in her own home with danger lurking around the corner from someone she clearly trusts is brilliant. Hope to see more of it. It's gripping because we don't know how far he will go or what he will do next.
Also the idea that Shyam wants to destroy ASR because he's possessive about Khushi is a great track too but the CVs seem to have shelved this great possible track in favor of the "will ASR marry Lavania" which is predictable and unbelievable as they never explained why is she so eager to get married and dress like Khushi considering Lavania has always hated Khushi.
