Dhoop Kinare is a famous Pakistani serial
and it is my all time favorite

and my story is also is adaption
as for KTLK there is not much change as they share the same proffession, note that Dhoop Kinare had Dr. Ahmer and Dr. Zoya, it is the Indian version of the Pakistani Drama

though I have not watche dit but am sure it is the scene

I have only seen the first epi of KTLK n i felt i know the story...n then it came to my mind, that it is similar to you ff...
I dont know abt the serials...but i love this ff...
