chapter 24:
after preet went home, everybody sit in the lounge n was thinking as what preet has said abt maa n veera n nobody was able to digest about it. the most it effected was on prem because prem loved maa more then his own biological mother n veera for him was his own kitten n fulfilled all her wishes before she ask for. prem stood up:
prem: woh mai thori dair keh liyai bahir ja raha ho, app loog araam karay mai ajio ga.
heer: magar prem itni raat ko, tum kaha jio gai?
prem: nahi bas aisay he, walk kar keh ajao ga
heer: mai bhi chalo?
prem: nahi heer, tum subah say kaam kar rahi ho, tum thak gaye hogi, tum araam karo. mai ajao ga.
and he went. kiran n kulraj went to their room. heer was worried because she knew that prem was very sad abt that thing n was worried tht he may not do anything.
here, prem was walking on the street, n was thinking abt the moments that happened. he tried to be strong infront of others but now he culdn't. n so he was crying uncontrolably. he heard the sound of water waves, so he thought there is a sea nearby. so he followed the noise n went to the sea.
he saw that the area was empty n quiet. so he went their. after standing for a while n looking at the sea and then he knelt down n started crying.
prem (crying n sobbing): kyu kiya apnay aisa maaa??? kyuuu...mai nay tu kabhi paisoo par kio haq nahi jataya tu kyu kiya apnay aisaa maa. app sirf, sirf ek dafa bolti aur mai amkhay baad kiya, ek sawal na poochay begair apko khushi khushi apni sari ki sari property apko day dayta. magar, maa apnay kyu kiyaaa!!!
he was crying very badly. " mai nay tu apko maa say bar kar mana, veera ki har khuwaish poori ki aur har woh kaam kiya jis ki wajah say app khush ho aur apko kabhi aisa na lagay keh mai sautaila hoo!!! magarrr maaa app nay kyu kiyaa yeh!!! kyuuu1!!!!
prem culdn't believe n thought that his own mom will think such low about him n will ask him to leave the house just because of the property which he doesn't care about!!!
when prem saw the waves hitting the sand very rapidly, he don't know what happened to him that he started running towards it. thinking about all previous stuff he started running toward the water.
on the other in the house, heer was now hell worried for prem because it was midnight around 12:15 n prem was not home. she was roaming around her room, lookin outside the window, but there was no sign of prem. she decided to go n search for prem. she thought he may be on the terrace or down stairs in the colony. she first went on the terrace bt their was not sign of a person also. she went around the colony searching for prem but there was no sign of prem. now, heer was on the streets looking for him n also crying coz she was worried for him. she was crying n praying that where ever he is, he should be fine n should cume back soon, " prem tum kaha ho? please jaldi ajao mujhay buhat dar lag raha hai, kaha ho tum prem?
while heer was walking, sumebody put a hand on her shoulder. she thought its prem n so clearing her tears, moved back
heer: premmm
but it was an old man, and heer was again upset.
old man: kiya howa beti, tum itna raat ko akeli sarak par kiya kar rahi ho?
heer: woh...woh...n she was crying!!
old man: shant hojao beti aur batio mujhay kiya howa shayad mai tumhari madad kardo
heer after few second, composing herself: woh meri pati, prem juneja nahi mil rahay hai. mai kab say unko dhoodh rahi ho magar mujhay nhi mil rahay hai. mujhay buhat dar bhi lag raha keh unko kuch ho nahi gaya ho.
old man: tum aisay mat soocho, kahi gaya hogaya ho ga, ajaiaye ga, aur shayad ab tak woh ghar agaya ho aur woh bhi tum ko dhoodh raha ho. tum ghar jao woh ajaiye ga.
heer thought for a while and decicded that the man would be right n so she went towards home after thanking him n taking his ashirwaad.
at the sea, prem on the sea, the waves were hiting on his legs. he closed his eyes n thought about all the moments of his family wid him. from the his gayati mom came in their life. prem was crying n thinkin about it. his mind was shut now n now he opened his eyes n was taking steps inside the water. he don't know what was he doing, he was just walking in it
when prem lost his balance n was about to fall down inside the water, sumebody tightly hold him n make him stand and also made him cume outside the sea n on the sand. it was none other then HEER.
after listening to what tht old man said, heer was goin towards the colony, when she also heard the sounds of waves n stopped mid way n thought that whnever prem is upset n want to be alone so he goes in a quiet place where there is nobody. so she went in that direction n what she saw infront of her, took the zameen out of her foot. her prem, the most stronger prem, the prem on which her life depended. the prem for which she is alive after what ma hav done, she may hav died but for her one n only prem she is alive but now what is her prem, commiting SUICIDE. she coudln't believe n was hell shocked. she gathered all her energy n ran as fast as possible to stop him for what he is doing. and whn she saw that prem is about to stambled, she hold her at the right moment n took her outside.
heer: prem ghar chalo. and hold his hand n moved toward their home.
she thought that its no use to talk or shout on prem coz she know prem is very upset abt what maa n veera did n it was because of them, that he was doing thiz. but what about her? where will she go if sumething happens to him. but then heer decided not to ask him as its not the right moment.
after prem came back to his senses. he thought what he was doing n was shocked to do imagine that.
prem: daato gi nahi mujhay heer? heer was quiet
prem: heer, mujh pai naraz nahi hogi.
that was it. heer culdn't handle anymore. she looked back at prem n one look of him, told her everything n she didn't do anything, except ran to him n hugged him tightly.
they both were crying n hugging each other tightly.
heer: prem tum yeh kiya karnay walay thay? prem tum suicide karnay walay thay. she was crying very badly.
prem knew what was heer goin across. how could he imagine thiz? how culdn't he thought abt his heer. the one whose life depended upon him, heer who is his everything n prem is everything to heer. prem hugged him tightly
prem: heer mujhay maaf kardo. mujhay pata nahi kiya hogaya tha magar heer, maa nay jo kuch kiya heer, woh mujh say bardasht nahi hosaka.
they both were hugging.
prem: heer, maa hamaray baray mai aisa soochti hain. heer mai nay tu kabhi aisa nahi soocha tha tu hamara sath he aisa kyu howa heer.
they both crying n huggging but nobody knew who was consoling whom.
after like don't know how many minutes, prem n heer came out off their hugg n composed themself.
heer: maa hamaray baray mai jo bhi sochti hai prem soochnay do, jab hum sahi hai aur hum nay kuch galat nahi tu maa ko ek din zaroor apni galti ka ehsaas hoga. prem nodded.
heer: sab kuch ek din zaroor sahi hojaiye ga, mujhay yaqeen hai magar prem woh sab kuch jab sahi hoga jab tum meray sath hogay. prem mai tumharay begair kuch bhi nahi ho, agar tum ho tu mai ho. please please apnay liyai nahi magar mera liyai tum jo aj karnay walay thay please wapis mat karna.
tears were again flowing from each other eyes. heer n prem both hold each otehr cheeks n put their forehead on each other,
prem: mai vaada karta ho heer, keh mai ainda aisa kuch nahi karo ga. mera tum say vaada hai. maaf kardo mujhay.
heer: prem mai tum say buhat buhat piyaar kartay ho. tum meri zindagi ho agar tum ko kuch hogaya tu mai mar jio gi.
prem quickly put his hand on her mouth.
heer: takleef huye na prem, tu mujhay kitni takleef huye hogi tum ko waisay dekh kar.
prem: mai tum say vaada karta ho, mai har waqt sath raho ga,. mai thori dair keh liyai bhool gaya tha , "prem tu heer ka prateek hai aur heer sabse zada prem mai samati hain.
heer smiled after hearing those words n prem was also happy after seeing that smile.
both hugging each other went towards their home n promised that will be always n forever wid each other.
precap: when there are problems n saddness, there is always a twinkle of hope n happiness.
