Khanak: Hum busy nahi hai, vyast hain (smiles)
Prad: Wooow! What does that mean?
Khanak: Busy in Hindi
She goes to the kitchen, gets water from the frig, hands it to him, asking "Should I make chai?" "I don't have coffee ingredients"
Prad: Main chai peeyenge!
Khanak laughs out loud "This is bad" "You need lessons"
Pradyun: I love the idea'..
She starts to make tea'''

He tosses in bed, feels with his hand, all over, Nope!
No sign of her. Opens his eyes and looks at the empty side, lifts his head and buries it into the pillow, face down, almost chokes himself.
Raises his head looks at the clock' checks his phone there are 17 missed calls. He swiftly sifts thru hoping to see a number he knows well. It starts with nine and ends with 9 and has zeros in between.. like her silences'''
Nope! Not one call, or text message'''.
He is tired and achy, he needs atleast half a dozen hours of sleep. He was working until 10 last nite and had gone to grab a drink with friends at Jazz by the Bay. His weekly trip to Mumbai will continue until Casa gets handed to residents/owners in two months
It was looking and feeling incredible to be in those completed structures. Now his responsibility was around, ensuring all safety measures were being followed. Power and communication reliability was the immediate priority, back up generators, separate sub stations feeding clusters of buildings etc.

He rose from bed, walked over to the couch, hit the space key
He had had no clue how many pictures he had of her. They were all in a master folder, in random groups, he did not like to see them when he copied them over. He liked to see them at night or when he was by himself.
When he pursued her, he would stay up nites, it was his "cookie and glass of milk"
He would look at pictures in one folder for the very first time.
He had 10s of folders. When was with him, he had "other" things that would occupy him, so pictures were not on the list particularly
