I'm a very light sleeper. Just a small knock can wake me up. 😆 Actually, it kinda develope as a habit too...cause my mom had issues with her blood pressure and sometimes in middle of night she'll wake up to get water but because she's got majorly low BP, she'd become unconscious and all and fall to the floor so I've always been alert to that when I was younger and I still keep an eye on her even though it hasn't been happening for a while. That's why when I hear the smallest sound in middle of night, I'm instantly up.
