Btw, can you make paneer? I make it out of spoiled milk and some days it comes out good but on other days when the milk isn't as spoiled as I thought it was, it doesn't come out great like it should be...do you have any idea how to fix that because I hate having to throw it away.

No, you have to put lemon juice every time or else it's not made. I boil the spoiled milk, add lemon juice, mix it thoroughly on low heat, and when it makes all these chunks, then drain the liquidy part of it. Then wrap the paneer in cloth and let it dry out with a weight added on top of it.

My issue now is that some days when milk isn't as spoiled as I had thought it was, then it doesn't go as planned...so then I was wondering what I should do to fix it.
