Its not confirmed.
Saif recently said in an interview that it will still come on Dec, 9th.
But some reports indicate it may not?

Hope someone gives us an official statement soon :)

Yeah I don't think there's an official statement about the movie yet but there's a lot of rumors that it will be postponed..

LOL Kareena added to the confusion too by saying in one interview "It will probably come feb next year " and in another "It will come on Dec 9 " 😆
