No she is not really drunk... I think she is trying to pacify Payal... who seems to be mad or ukhri ukhri with her!!!.. cause she is shown in the precap looking kinda crossed or annoyed!

I don't think she is drunk but I think she was feeling sooo down (after remembering the scenes when Payal asks her what happened, etc) then I think she's take out all whatever she feels and Arnav sees her.
