Kesar is at the factory lost in thought. A woman was counting and finds a mistake in the accounting books. Kesar yells at her and she apologizes, he calms down and apologizes to her for yelling, and tells her calmly that since morning he is upset and she should take care going forward. Raman comes there, all the working women see him and leave. Kesar is surprised to see them leaving, and feels happy seeing Raman. Dushyant comes and sees Kesar talking to Raman. Raman says that things change so much, Dushyant says that nobody can stop change and feels happy seeing Raman. Raman says that the other day Dushyant was not happy seeing him, before also people behaved with him like an outsider and even now. Dushyant says that he is happy meeting him but the situation during the election was such that...He asks Raman what the reason is for his coming there. Raman asks why is the factory not his as well. Dushyant says that he thought Raman would like to rest for a few days, Raman responds that everyone sent him to prison to rest. Kesar says that looks like Dushyant did not like Raman's coming there, Dushyant refuses and says that all three brothers can now work together. Raman says that they will see after he wins the election. (Kesar realizes that Raman is standing for elections - I will not be surprised if he helps Raman win. That will be another nail in the coffin for Mota Bha and Kesar).
Talli tells her friend that she doesn't know what to do about Kesar, she tells her that Gulaal tells Talli that she is worried uselessly but she (Talli) cannot forget that Kesar likes someone else and focus on her exams. Her friend asks her to find out who is in Kesar's mind by observing Kesar closely, understand everything that he does. Talli is confused. Her friend tells her to observe love's signs that every person in love depicts, the person is different around and keeps looking for the one he loves. Talli asks her if this different behavior is good behavior or bad, her friend says she doesn't know but Talli should observe Kesar and tell her everything.
Gulaal flashbacks to Kesar's behavior that morning about the breakfast. Paan Baa sees her worried and asks what happened, she knows Gulaal wants to say something but is hesitating. Gulaal asks her whether she can go to live with her parents for a few days. Paan Baa agrees and asks when. Gulaal replies today. Paan Baa tells her that she will inform Mota Bha, and will tell Kesar to drop her. Gulaal refuses and says that she doesn't want Kesar to leave work and come to drop her, Paan Baa agrees to send Dushyant.
Talli asks Gulaal why she is leaving so suddenly, can her parents not come and live with her for a few days. Gulaal explains that her parents cannot live in the daughter's in-laws' place. Talli tells her that she is leaving at a bad time. Gulaal tells her that everything will be fine, she is leaving so now Kesar will be Talli's responsibility completely. Talli refuses. Gulaal insists that if she doesn't take care who will, in future Talli will have to take care of Kesar anyway. While talking Gulaal realizes that the clothing Kesar gifted her is in the suitcase open in front of her, and she is nervous that Talli will see it. Talli continues complaining about Kesar's behavior towards her, Gulaal hides the clothing and asks Talli to remain in front of Kesar so he doesn't remember anyone else. Talli says that only if he lets her stay with him, Gulaal tells her that Kesar cannot stay angry with her that long, and Talli is so adorable that everyone would like her. They hug.
Yogesh taunts Reva on both brothers standing in elections, his mother asks him to be quiet, Yogesh continues saying that they have a big name but their behavior doesn't reflect that, and leaves. Gulaal's mother asks Reva to call Gulaal in the evening to make sure that everything is fine in the family.
Gulaal goes to take her leave. Paan Baa asks Gulaal to meet Kesar before leaving, Gulaal makes excuses. Kesar comes there and asks Gulaal where she is going. Paan Baa responds that Gulaal is going to her parents' place. Kesar asks her with so much intensity in his eyes why she did not tell him. Gulaal does not look at him. He tells her that he will drop her off, Gulaal refuses, everyone looks surprised at her sudden "no". Gulaal says that Dushyant has some work and will drop her off on the way. Kesar gets angry and glares at Dushyant briefly before turning his attention back to Gulaal and asks why she is leaving today, the election is tomorrow. Paan Baa tells him that she can come to the election from her parents' place too and they will come as well. Jamna comes in clapping and taunts that everyone cares about the election, nobody cares that her sons are standing against each other. Dushyant tells her that he spoke to her about it, Jamna says she has a right to complain since Dushyant refused to listen to her. Paan Baa asks Jamna not to worry, Raman is angry and will calm down, anyway everything is in the villagers's hands. Kesar glares at Gulaal angrily with tears in his eyes, Gulaal avoids his eyes. Jamna says what about the misunderstanding that has been created between both brothers due to Mota Bha and Gulaal, only because of these two did Dushyant agree to not remove his name from the election. Kesar gets even more furious hearing this and looks at Gulaal. Gulaal tries to explain that their wanting will not change anything, both Mota Bha and she wanted Dushyant to win only because he has worked so hard for the village all these years. Kesar hears this and glares at Dushyant in tears, and tightens his fist in anger. Gulaal continues that Dushyant knows what work needs to be done. Kesar glares at Gulaal angrily. Jamna says she knows Dushyant did a lot, but nobody praised him even once, now all of a sudden how come they care about Dushyant, she knows that they are trying to mislead Dushyant with their words and encourage him to go against his brother. Dushyant asks her to stop. Jamna continues that he doesn't know what their real intentions are. Paan Baa asks her to calm down and not take it down on Dushyant, it is not his fault, Gulaal supports her and tells Jamna that Raman is standing in the election due to someone else's words who wants to break the family, and Jamna should tell Raman, not Dushyant, to remove his name from the election. Kesar is furious and says "no way", Raman will not remove his name, and if he himself wants to remove his name he (Kesar) will not let him. Gulaal looks on shocked. Everyone is surprised. Kesar looks at Dushyant and says he will see now who defeats Raman. He turns his eyes back to Gulaal, their eyes meet, and he challenges her saying that he will support Raman. Gulaal is surprised and upset, Dushyant is hurt.
Precap: Gulaal's mother tells her that she is doing the wrong thing by going against Kesar, he is her husband. Gulaal asks her why she keeps reminding her repeatedly that he is her husband. She tells Gulaal to think for herself why her mother has to keep reminding her that Kesar is her husband. Gulaal tells her that she doesn't know what she is saying, she is talking about Kesar, KESAR. Her mother says she is saying the same thing, he is Kesar. Gulaal refuses to discuss it anymore.
