I think after watching today's episode that will help radikha's family to save chennu . And I think dev will feel bad knowing that radikha's family hates her.

Sure he will help. He finally saw the circumstances Radhika grow up. And they are kinda similar to him, being orphan! 😉 He will understand Radhika more now and not call her selfish anymore!
