You know sometimes we get sad and we cant even put our finger on why! Normally what I do is I keep cuddle=ing and kissing my kids until I annoy them(you can do that to your siblings or your parents) or listen to your favourite happy song really loud and dance like a maniac around your room. Trust me it works!😳
