ahhaa loved this post!! i must say reading how to burst the stress here 
has already reduced stress!!!LOL

ive some methods to reduce or handle stress!
1.try solve the puzzles in magazines or newspapers! it comes in handy @ times!!

2.try to repeat the conversations in a repeat telecast serial or a fav movie! it surely is interesting 

3.sing out loud! start with a song,stop it @ random part and then carry on with next song!!
he he..its ur own remix!!D'oh

4.take a look @ old photos!! even better if a frnd is present and u narrate the situation in pic!!

5.pick up todays newspaper and a pen!  yes,make out moustache or random hairstyles of whoever available!!!Approve

6.look at the mrror and make different faces(make sure no one's around you)!!

OMG i actually do egt ppl stresse dto relieve myself from Stress haha done it for all da exams I've had..Yes I am EvilROFLROFLROFL
But I am nice I choose the intelligent one and get him or her stressed out coz we knw they r not gonna forget and I lose my stress too see there is no loss in itROFL
and I think during exams all Ppl do is cum on I-FROFLROFL
The worst thing abt exams is Parents are actually more stressed than childrennROFL
If I want to relieve my stress I go and sleep I get fresh..gawsh sleepin is da best thing and if Mom comes and asks you are you prepared I say sum khichdi stuff and she gets happy atleast I knw smething.. Next day after exam she wuld cum and say I read wat ur exam was and you told me soemthing else.. I just say I was doin Time Pass I didn't wanna confuse yu, You work so hard my Pyaari Maa..Embarrassed

One thing I like to do while I am stressed is to watch cool video clips online

This clip is a BOLLYWOOD FUSION TEAM. They are called THE WANTED ASHIQZ. They are really good. They won 2nd place at the World Of Dance Competition in New York. They also won best theme, best costume, and crowd favorite. 

ALSO I am a college student and this is part of my work. The more people that visit my site and watch the clips the better I will do. Please help me out!!!

The best way is to go to the gym and turn your stress into a power workout. You'll feel much better after.  Smile
