I am sure Sidharth must have heard the conversation between Doctor and Nivi and Nivi wants to have operation done, So  I think Sid will take Dwita and want to go somewhere far, so that this does not affect her relationship with Viren, Am sure he will not like or not even allow Nivi to do this operation
