Vandana dessert mein Ice Cream badle Gelato rakh le, Shaan prefers Italian a lot. And Rasmalai for Khanak. Edited by lghosh - 12 years ago

There should be a salad bar with assorted breads, kind of will give it a continental feel.

 

And veg items bhi rakhna hoga. So Paneer pasanda, mirchi ka salang, palak daal or ma ki daal, some veg pakodas.

 

And my luring counter the appetisers corner with gol gappa, different types of chaat, dahi vada stalls.

Oh bhook lag rahi hai mujhe!!

Wedding ke liye kuch soch. Purvi would have had some idea about some gujju dishes which is a must in Gujju weddings.
